CHRISTMAS

SO happy to have my man home now :)
I took a week off for the holidays and eating was delicious. I do
not regret one second of taking a week off at this time of year. I enjoyed some delicious foods and treats and gained 2.4 this week. I am back on track. Sarah and I made Motivating posters last night and
they look awesome:) MY GOAL IS 150 BY MAY 11TH:)

Giving back.. Holiday time 2012

Things we have done to give back:

Did secret angel at the ymca : for a little boy
Hosted a playdate to get non perishable foods so we could donate to the foodbank
Maked treats for friends and delivered them
Donated to Salvation army
Donated 3 bags to Veterans
Gift for mail carrier

It feels so good to give back. :)

DECEMBER 2012

Wow what a year!!
I have lost almost 54 lbs and going strong. Now the holidays are here and I am actually thinking about taking a break for a week. Last week I gained 1.6 but for 5 weeks I lost EACH WEEK (!!!) so I am totally fine with that. I feel a lot stronger then I used to be. I can run. I can do bootcamp. I can do a lot of wonderfully hard things I never thought I could do.
The holiday baking has begun. I made 8 diff treats and took them to friends and neighbors.
I have also eaten a bunch too. I did pretty great during Thanksgiving so I think one holiday out of the year, I can splurge. I know I will see that 150 before we move in spring (MAY  -JUNE)..
A lot of my friends say it is tough during this holiday. I have also been on my own for 5 weeks bc of hubbys deployment. I can't wait to see him and enjoy a wonderful Christmas with our girls.
I have had many people email me asking for opinons and also very sweet emails about how I motivated them. I let them know to do all workouts. I do them all. I really aim for 6-8 miles on bikes lately at the gym and I love it. I still do classes and weights.
I cannot wait to see what 2013 will bring me:)

MINI GOAL

A mini goal of 165 is what I want to accomplish in 3 weeks.. I am so close!!! I was 166.8 today! I cannot believe how far I have come. I have had so many sweet compliments lately from strangers(gym) and friends. I will never see 200 again! I am soooo close to this goal and still cannot belive it. I have almost hit my year mark. On 12-12 of 2011 I started this journey. I am very excited about my new fitness and health:)

WICKED 10K

MY FABULOUS GROUP RAN THIS IN ABOUT 1 HR 27 MIN!! (6.2) MILES ..RAN AND WALKED
SO PROUD OF THEM AND LOVE THAT WE STUCK TOGETHER! IT WAS SO AWESOME TO HOLD HANDS AT THE END IN OUR AWESOME LOOFAH COSTUMES :)
IT WAS SO FUN AND ALL THE LAUGHS AND SEEING EVERYONE WAS SO GREAT! I AM SO HAPPY I DID IT.. I AM SOO AMAZINGLY BLESSED WITH SUCH AMAZING AND DELIGHTFUL PALS:)
I THINK I WILL STICK WITH 5KS FROM NOW ON:)
I HAVE DEFINETLY LEARNED THAT I AM NOT A RUNNER LOVER! LOL
I WILL ONLY RUN 1-3 MILES  FROM NOW ON. I AM GLAD I DID THE 6.2.. I FEEL ACCOMPLISHED!! :)
I ALSO LOST .8 THIS WEEK WHICH HAS ME AT 168.4!!!!

My first 5k:)

My friend Sarah and I ran 3.1 today in the rain out at Lonestar in 38.5 MIN!!!! I accomplished something I never thought I could. Everyone knows how much I am not a fan of running but with the 10k coming up, I would really like to get close to running 6 miles for it with some very close friends:) I was doing almost 18 min miles at my highest weight 13 months ago. I am doing almost 12-13 min miles now! Amazed how far I have come!! Thanks for following me! :)

Numbers.. yep I am putting it out there

When i had Olivia I was around 255 lbs..
When I started WW I was 219.4 (9 MONTHS AGO)
and now 12 months later I am 168.4:)
I HIT MY 50 LB GOAL ON SEPT 11, 2012 (168.4)
Holy amazingnessssssssssssssssssss! I did it.. I am almost to my goal weight of
150:)
I was a size 18 jeans and now I can wear size 10 jeans:)
I just signed up for my first 10k with friends in October and
I am feeling very accomplished..
I went on vacation and lost only 1.6 but thats better then a gain so I am
super happy about it since I was gone for 4 weeks:)
Back to keeping on track and tracking my food.
My new goal is 160 then 155 then 150:)
I cannot wait to see what I look like at 150. I will never ever see
200's ever again.. I feel so much better about myself and love inspiring others
who are watching me on my journey..Life is good!

Random jibberish:)

I am down to a size 12 for sure!!! I was a size 18 8 months ago (but would never buy that size. I am officially also down 2 sizes in underwear.. (tmi)
I have lost 44 lbs now in 7 months and doing WW religiously and working out 3-5 days a week..
I am so close to goal, I can taste it:)

I also am wearing a lot of medium shirts.. WOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOO
I go to Michigan in about 7 weeks. I am hoping to be in the 160's by then.

Mojo clif bars are amazing.. try them:)
I am not jealous of other peoples weight loss. I want people to be healthy and to do things they will do for life, not for this moment.. We would all love to get rid of the fat fast but always remember it took awhile to get in the first place. SLOW AND STEADY:) you are the prize.
I cannot wait to see what size I will be when I hit my goal:)
 I am down about 75 lbs in 10 months
Is that not sooo insane?! My goal is another 25:) I would like to hit that goal in 5 months.
100 lbs lost in 1 year will surely make me so proud:)

I will post all my numbers at the end.. IT's shocking believe me.. I am so proud where I am and what I have accomplished. this is my journey and mine alone.. With the help of some wonderful great friends and amazing family I am getting to where I want to be.

Biggest gain

So in 24 weeks the biggest gain i have had so far is 1.8
I have lost so much already and I won't let one big gain in over 6 months get me down. This is a new week. Tracking like a maniac and working hard
on my FITNESS:)
Every now and then you just have to enjoy a mom night out with friends and enjoy
some wine and treats. Slow and steady weight loss leads to a very accomplished future:)

So I have sold all the 16 clothes and I am NOW into 14's and can even button up a couple pairs of 12's ..:) Th 14's I got are already feelin baggy on me when I wear them all day. :) Yahoooo!!!!!!

So I am half way to my goal weight and I actually feel like this is the hardest part right now.
I have been doing this new lifestyle for a little over 5 months and every time I get to "that week"
I get really hard on myself. I tend to eat way more and workout less. I have accomplished so much in these last 5 months that I know I CAN finish. I just know I have more then five months to get to my goal weight. I cannot give up even though I have had days where I have questioned it all. I have not only dropped a pant size, but a shirt size and underwear size:) (TMI)
Those three things together make me know I just cannot give up. I want to see a size 10 by the end of it all or at least a 12. I sold all my 16's so there is no way I am goin back to that size.
I have been there too long in my life and NO more. Tomorrow I am going to workout hard.
I am going to get my A game on and do what I have to do to make this goal happen.
35 to go and with a smile on my face. I know there is always bumps in the road.
I am not perfect and I have slip ups. I can do it . I will make myself proud:)

5 MONTHS IN:)

I have lost 31.2 lbs!!
goooooooooooooooooooooo me.. all the support and motivation I have is wonderful. Taking more classes and really enjoying spin a lot now:)
When I first started I felt like I wanted to die. i am so glad I am sticking it out with this new lifestyle. i feel more fit, healthy and I feel GOOD:)

great moment today

Well, I had a WOW moment this morning. Tommy brought down all my capris from last year (even though I was prego so, from 2 years ago. ).. I obviously should have been a size bigger but wouldnt buy them, bc when I tried on 20 + PAIRS OF capris and shorts today they all FIT AMAZINGLY or were 2 BIG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I almost cried in my bedroom this morning, and told myself OUTLOUD, "There is NOO way I am giving up, I have come so far". I am close to a size 14 now. I basically feel like I have a new summer wardrobe (and will need to buy a belt). holy crap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am really in this for the long haul. I can't wait to see what I get to buy for next summer sizes. IT FEELS SOOOOOO GOOD to look good in those capris!

Life:)

I havent written in about 2 weeks, so I wanted to update:)
I hit a HUGE goal at my 20 lb loss mark. I feel awesome.
My jeans fit better, I feel better. I have had so many nice
compliments on how much I have changed and that I am lookin great!
That really hits the heart and makes me want to keep going. All
the motivation I have is from great friends who are also doing this
journey with me. My support group on FB is rockin! We are all doin so good
with our goals. I am so proud to have such a great support system here in Suffolk.
I really do count every single thing that goes in my mouth. I always say I GOT THIS,
and I really feel like thats my motto lately:) No turning back. I can't wait to see my
hubbys face when he gets home from deployment. :)
LIFE IS GOOD!
The kids are fabulous. Olivia has been saying da daaa dadddaaa a lot now.. ( Tommy will be stoked). Evie is potty trained now for about a month.. :)

I hit a big goal! :)
I cannot believe it!
I rocked it this week with a loss of 3 lbs.
I have 2 more goals til I hit my goal weight! (175 and 150)
I will see how I am feelng at 150, if I want to lose another 10 lbs.
Working out hard.
Watching what I eat and making better food decisions:)
I feel amazing and so HAPPY my jeans are loose now:)

Since having Olivia 6 months ago, I have lost 50-52 lbs !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am 16 lbs under my pre prego weight! SOO STINKIN PROUD OF MYSELF:)
I have about 50 more lbs that i want to lose . I can do this! Working hard at the gym still 5x a week
and doing Weight Watchers with my journal everyday!!

I got an email---

that said The Revolution was interested in me doing a video for them! I was shocked. I had sent a letter via email to their casting dept with a b4 pic of me. I didn't do a video because I did not know I was supposed to until after I hit submit. I am going to work on a video this weekend with great friends! I am hoping to get picked on this awesome show because there really is a revolution going on in my life! Times have changed. No more Chubby Jen. I am 7 lbs away from a 10 percent weight loss. I CAN DO THIS! WEEK 7 DID GREAT THINGS FOR ME. 2.2 LBS DOWN AGAIN!!
THANK U ALL FOR THE INSPIRATION AND MOTIVATION I NEEDED TO GET ME HEALTHY AND BEING THE PERSON I HAVE ALWAYS WANTED TO BE!!

10 LBS LOSS IN 6 WEEKS!!

AMAZED:) I cannot belive it ! I am over joyed because I have worked so hard:) I have been working my butt off at the gym, doing weight watchers and taking care of 2 kids by myself while my husband is deployed:) If i can do it , anyone can!!! I love the sweat and dedication I put into ever workout:)
only anohter 10 lbs and ill be at 10% loss !!!!

Wow!!!

I didn't realize this until about a day ago, but I have lost 41.2 lbs since having Olivia 5 months ago. WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thats a lot and it was mostly all baby weight. I am now 3 lbs under pre prego weight. I still have another 40-50lbs I want to lose:) I can do this!

HAPPY NEW YEAR 2012

Well, here we go again. A New and wonderful year. Lots of new things to do, see and work on.

My goals:
*Lose 45 lbs by August
* LESS TV and INTERNET
* Make a ton of homeade cards throughout the year
*Run for 1 mile straight:)
* Workout at least 4-5 x a week
