HOLIDAYS

WELL WE GET TO SPEND THE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY WITH FAMILY THIS YEAR! I CANT WAIT!!!!
WEIGHT LOSS IS KINDA ON THE BACK BURNER .. IM STILL ONLY DOING IT ABOUT 50% LATELY.. WORKING ON GETTING BACK 100% AFTER HOLIDAYS.
THIS TIME OF YEAR IS ALWAYS HARDER FOR ME. AND I KNOW A LOT OF OTHERS TOO.

SOOO... I KNOW I SAID IT BEFORE BUT FINALLY I AM SETTLED IN OUR NEW PLACE, WITH NEW GOALS:)
EVALYN STARTED PRESCHOOL AND IS DOING GREAT THERE AND LOVING IT.
I HAVE MADE A TON OF FRIENDS AND JOINED A CHURCH TOO.
I AM THE NEW OMBUDSMAN FOR THE CG SHIP ALSO.
PLAN ON GOIN BACK TO COLLEGE IN SPRING/FALL NEXT YEAR

WHATS GOING ON

WELL, WE HAVE BEEN GONE FROM VIRGINIA NOW FOR CLOSE TO 2 MONTHS AND I HAVE GAINED ALMOST 10 LBS BACK. I AM AT 172 AS OF YESTERDAY AND NOW MY WEIGH IN DAYS ARE EVERY MONDAY. I AM BACK ON MY WW GAME. I NEED TO. MY GOALS ARE STILL 150. I AM STILL IN SIZE 10 SO IM HAPPY WITH THAT. MOVING WAS FUN, STRESSFUL AND ADVENTEROUS:)
I DID MY FIRST 5K RACE HERE IN ST IGANCE AND HAD A BLAST:) LOOKIN FORWARD TO THE NEXT ONE IN OCTOBER
BACK ON TRACK!!!

New goal

I have been at 165-167 for awhile now.. I am down to 27 points a day and just starting fresh today. I am goin to buy myself a cute new Vera Bradley when I hit 160
7 lbs til I hit that goal!!
I can do it.. Just have to track .. i worked out 6 days last week but still had a gain bc I did not track. It's ok, new week.. :)

I DID great this week. 1.6 down:)
been stuck for awhile between 165-170 now for awhile
 I cannot wait til my MARCH RACE WITH awesome friends!! By march 24th I want to be at least 159:)

A friend posted this the other day and it is just what I needed to read that day.
I should not care what other people think of me especially if they don't care for me.
I should not let negative thoughts race my mind when things go a lil weird with friends.
Life goes on. Live and learn, live and learn.
I know why I have good people in my life for a reason. I am a great friend. Yah I have been a trash talker here and there but who doesn't. We are not perfect. We learn from mistakes and learn who we want in our lives. Moving on.:)

I FEEL AWESOME!! I HAVE ACCOMPLISHED A BUNCH OF GREAT THING. MADE NEW FRIENDS, SAW NEW THINGS, AND REALLY WORKED MY BODY TIL I WANTED TO CRY.  I AM ABOUT 17 LBS FROM GOAL.!!! MY GOAL IS 150-155 BEFORE WE MOVE IN LATE SRING EARLY SUMMER.!!! SO I HAVE ABOUT 4-6 MONTHS TO GET TO THAT GOAL. I AM ALSO GOIN TO RUN SOME MORE RACES WITH PALS BEFORE I LEAVE SUFFOLK!!! LOVE MY SUPPORT SYSTEM HERE AND ALSO BACK HOME. SUCH GREAT PEOPLE IN MY LIFE.

Life..:)

Friends are the greatest. I can't believe we got orders to Mi. I cannot wait to move and see everyone. I will surely miss all my Suffolk area mom pals here and some super sweet ladies from the gym.
Still working on my weight loss and I have gotten many emails from random people from back home and here that tell me how motivating I am to them and how they look up to me. That is an amazing feeling , knowing I am helping others with their journeys:)
I am going to enjoy the next 4-6 months here in Suffolk. Lots of great things we will do before the big move!
Live and learn. I have learned a lot in the last 6 months. I have learned not to trust everyone and also to not worry about making everyone else happy. Things just change and you have to live with it. Life goes on.
I am at a wonderful place in life and looking forward to new adventures and seeing new things and keeping up with my weight loss journey.
