4.4 LBS TO GO!!! I CAN DO THIS.. LOVE NEW WEEKS.
I have been walking a lot and biking.. The weather rocks lately and I just love
the fresh air and doing my own workouts even at home:)

WOOT WOOT WE DID IT!!
6 MILE RUN I DID AT ABOUT 10-11 MIN MILES!!!  IT WAS SO MUCH FUN WITH THE GIRLS.. I AM SO GLAD I DID IT:)
26.2 MILES DONE BY 4 WONDERFUL WOMEN!! OUR GROUP OF 8 WAS AWESOMEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!

New goal

I have been at 165-167 for awhile now.. I am down to 27 points a day and just starting fresh today. I am goin to buy myself a cute new Vera Bradley when I hit 160
7 lbs til I hit that goal!!
I can do it.. Just have to track .. i worked out 6 days last week but still had a gain bc I did not track. It's ok, new week.. :)

I want to hit that by my MAY race:)
I m 10.8 from that goal. GOTTA STAY FOCUSED!
I DID great this week. 1.6 down:)
been stuck for awhile between 165-170 now for awhile
 I cannot wait til my MARCH RACE WITH awesome friends!! By march 24th I want to be at least 159:)
