WELL.. I really slacked since MAY!
So back on WW starting today..
I will give my new weigh in tomorrow since I will still be using Saturdays for
weigh in.
MY GOALS FOR THE YEAR
1. WORKOUT 3-4 DAYS A WEEK
2. MORE WATER DRINKING
3. LOSE 30 LBS
I am still down 41 lbs since I started WW 2 years ago.. Just back on it now
with holidays being over and me feeling motivated! I CAN DO THIS!!
